The ability to ban people if they arent following rules
Ability to make site changes
Can use the Premium Section Downloads
Can use the Premium Section Forums
Have a sig
Change ur name

What you will get if you make Moderator:
The ability to create Stickies
Can use the Premium Section Downloads
Can use the Premium Section Forums
have a sig
Change your name (must complete form)

What you will get if you make News Admin:
Change ur name
have a sig
premium section
premium downloads
Can post in the Read only News Sections
get ur sig in the story as News Admin

What you will get if you make News Team Member:
Change ur name
have a sig
premium section
premium downloads
can submit stories and have their sig in the story they submit to the news admin as Team Member.
